The NJ School of Ministry is not accredited by the US Department of Education. However, the school has been recognized and endorsed by the Executive Presbytery of the General Council of the Assemblies of God as a member of the Association of Assemblies of God District Schools of Ministry (www.adsom.org)
Also, the school is recognized and endorsed by the Ministry Network Presbytery of the New Jersey Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God as the official ministerial training program for those seeking credentials through the New Jersey Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God.
Furthermore, Pillar College (formerly Somerset Christian College), which currently is the only US Department of Education Accredited Christian College in NJ, has agreed to work with the Network Schools of Ministry concerning students who desire to transfer to an undergraduate program at Pillar College. Students may receive up to 24 college credit hours completed through NJSOM.
In addition, the University of Valley Forge has partnered with the NJ School of Ministry to offer students who desire to transfer to an undergraduate program at UVF. Students may receive up to 24 credit hours completed through NJSOM.
